We make our dishes up using organic produce, freshly made up for each person and with their likes and dislikes in mind. If you have any special dietary requirements then we will incorporate these into your dishes.  You can have gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan.  If you like to try local food, including local Welsh lamb or beef, then we can also prepare this for you.
